الوصف الوظيفي Communicate with Specialists, Consultants, Project Support Managers, the account, and appropriate personnel about project status, milestones, and problems and assist whenever needed to ensure compliance and follow-through. Assist Specialists, Consultants, and Project Support Managers with technical support during pre-implementation and installation. Troubleshoots hardware, and software, and communicates problems with appropriate stakeholders. Periodic maintenance for our systems within the assigned area. Troubleshooting and repairing existing systems Problem analysis and solving on customer site or over the phone Rotating standby (emergency services) on the weekends and national holidays Upgrading existing systems on the Customer site Plan, organize, and lead project discovery and progress meetings with all stakeholders and identified contacts (pharmacy, management, care department, biomedical, IT, etc.) Take ownership of a project from inception to completion Work with internal departments to arrange equipment configuration, delivery to site, and network integration Plan, organize, and deliver training on HCIT solutions to site staff – pharmacy/nurses/CSSD end-user training, etc. with support from customer solution consultants Define the training content and the operational configuration of the solution according to the client's policies and procedures Work in close collaboration with technicians, IT specialists, and other trainers according to the recommendations of the project deployment manager. المهارات Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 2016, Server 2019) The candidate must have a medical-related/technical education background. Basic understanding of Networking, Workgroups, Domains • Fluent in English and Arabic and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
