الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: Preparing the budget; including the forecasting funds required for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor budget variance. Provide administrative support during budget preparation. Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities). Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies. Ensure proper inventory management. Prepare accurate financial reports, revenue projections and other reports as required. Provide accurate data to superiors with on-going forecasting of operating revenues and expenditures, and the resulting operational impact. Ensure to performs all bank account reconciliations monthly and when needed, communicates with the bank to understand, and reconcile any discrepancies. Track and reconcile bank statements. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed. المهارات Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting. 4 years of experience in Finance. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Experience in the development, management, and oversight of institutional budgets. Advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of accounting.
