الوصف الوظيفي The Arena Kuwait is a 5,000+ capacity multi-purpose indoor venue that will stage all kinds of live entertainment and other event types. It has been designed to world-class standards and opened in March, 2022. The arena, which is owned by the Tamdeen Group, is a vital facility and part of a major entertainment and leisure destination project and located alongside the Grand Hyatt Kuwait and the Rafa Nadal Academy Kuwait; and connected to the 360 Mall, via the newly opened 360 Mall extension. The booking and content manager should research, develop and deliver content for The Arena Kuwait as well as research potential talent bookings not only in conjunction with the wider Live Nation organization but also with local, national, regional and international event owners/promotors. They should be seeking out opportunities for venue utilization from local community, national, regional artists to international shows. They should have the vision to see and ultimately secure and help deliver shows of all types to The Arena Kuwait. Detailed Job Description is as follows: To research and develop content for The Arena, from development, delivery and post event relationship management. To establish and maintain relationships with event owners. Understand the process to secure event bookings and have demonstrable experience. To appraise all potential hirers, in conjunction with the wider team, comprehensive details of technical, production and audience capabilities of the venue. Understand the process of content development and should be able to communicate it to the relevant parties. To effectively work in a team, support colleagues and manage stakeholders. Develop sound ideas and innovative ways of engaging audiences with interesting contents. Research, develop and deliver high quality content for the high-profile arena which in turn builds the arenas reputation as an international venue within the GCC. Administration of the event/ booking calendar. Develop relationships with event owners and promotors, and identify high quality shows to ensure that the content is cutting-edge and/or audience-focused. Work with the Press and Marketing team to increase media profile of the content. Ensure delivery of high quality, life-enhancing, audience focused experiences that increase visitor experience. Produce and drive a dynamic and flexible list of potential events in line with local, national, regional and international event opportunities. Continue to establish relationships with stakeholder partners to ensure that content provides unique experiences for visitors. Upkeep of the event booking software and interaction with all penciled and confirmed event owners/promoters to ensure exceptional communication. Secure new bookings actively for the family entertainment division, including both ticketed and non-ticketed shows. Review and confirm all deal points and handover to the Head of Events, upon receipt of contract from Agent. Ensure all invoices for talent are received and passed on to the finance department المهارات A proven record in venue events content booking. Ability to research and develop accurate and engaging content within tight deadlines. Proven track record of delivering projects on time that involves co-ordination of a number of stakeholders. A high level of web literacy, preferably with knowledge of social media. An understanding of delivery and experience in live entertainment. Ability to manage and deliver complex live events with several stakeholders.
