Here’s a snapshot of what your responsibilities would include: Leading and empowering multiple engineering teams and/or teams with cross-functional reaching scope in an agile development environment designing, implementing, and testing features for different web and cloud applications. Recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and coaching software development Managers and software Engineers at different levels of experience. Continuous performance, scalability, and quality improvements of existing applications. Working with the team for designing flexible and extensible architectures for new features and modules. Elaborating requirements together with stakeholders, and product owners and translating it into great solutions and products. Coaching engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and tech talk sessions. Participating in application debugging and diagnosis. Ensures quality, performance, monitoring, alerting and security using best practices. Analyzes and identifies possible project delays and reports to stakeholders. Aligns with other teams on project scope, domain and boundaries. building applications in distributed systems architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, SOA and RESTful Services). المهارات 8 + years of experience building full-stack applications using modern frameworks, robust testing practices and application monitoring tools. 2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience. Excellent critical thinking abilities and a pragmatic approach to balancing delivery vs. technical debt. Experience leading cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary engineers. Mentorship - ability to successfully transfer knowledge. Able to decrypt unclear stakeholder requirements and drives for clarity to ensure the right problem is addressed. Solid experience building large-scale full stack applications in modern frameworks (NodeJS / React / NestJS / PHP). Solid understanding of mobile apps development in iOS or Android. Experience working within Agile practices and knowledge of Agile values & principles. Experience with cloud platforms preferably AWS. Solid experience of building applications in distributed systems architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, SOA and RESTful Services). Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDb).
