Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules and evaluate reports. Perform regular analysis of all schedule trends. Decide and develop the most appropriate and economically feasible engineering and construction practices for projects. Agree upon, monitor, and follow up with the plans and schedules. Involve throughout the development stages and present on-site during the build to oversee procedures. Estimating a timeline for a given project and ensuring that the outlined deadlines are met as per the schedule. Correspondence with Consultant engineer as per PM Guidance. Provide active support to the project team in the review of finalization of various project documents and record templates.
