الوصف الوظيفي Overview Our company is a consulting group specialised in investment and technology solutions for the energy sector, with headquarters in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to support our commercial operations. The role is based on the following responsibilities and requirements: Responsibilities: Leadership and management of commercial functions, covering client relations, product development, marketing and business development. Extensive communication and interaction with clients and market stakeholders in both government and private sectors, to understand needs and drive development of relevant solution. Attendance and participation in speaking events and engagements, including conferences, workshops and media interviews. Leading business and strategy planning, ensuring relevance of strategic vision and business targets with market and client needs. Regular internal and client facing presentations, interactions and meetings. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or services managerial role in or related to the energy sector, with experience in working with government entities. Minimum Batchelor’s degree in business or financial discipline, with preference of post graduate or professional certifications in management and leadership functions. Excellent English language, commercial writing and communication skills is a must. Bilingual with fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English preferred. Willingness to work in a dynamic, global environment, working cross culturally and across different time zones. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, in terms of internal and client facing communication and interaction. The role is based in the UAE, with possibility of hybrid and remote work, as well as possibility of frequent global travel.
