الوصف الوظيفي Read and understand the drawings and details. 2) Ensure that setting out marking is done as per the drawings. 3) Organize the sub-contractor labor and ensure that daily task is performed and met. 4) Ensure that the daily attendance is signed by all the site personals. 5) Ensure that daily /weekly checklist points are implemented at site. 6) Co-ordinate with the sub-contractors for their scope of works. 7) Co-ordinate with the sub-contractors for any labor acceleration required. 8) Check the ongoing works of the sub-contractors as per drawings. 9) Educate site personals on site safety rules and regulations. 10) Responsible for site cleanliness and maintaining and implementing housekeeping at site all the time. 11) Assist Project Engineer in implementing company policies and ensuring that safety is followed at site. 12) Report the daily activities to the project Engineer/ Project Manager. 13) Co-ordinate with the technical department for any clarifications and drawings. 14) Arrange site walkaround with all the sub-contractors involved in the project. 15) Follow-up with the sub-contractors for any delay of work. 16) Should have a knowledge of MEP and other site related activities. 17) Ensure that the site rules and welfare facilities are in place. 18) Able to manage and supervise the sub-contractors. 19) Handle pressure and perform on-site duties like carrying out silicone works. 20) Should have knowledge in First Aid. المهارات Must have UAE driving license Must have Dubai Municipality certificate Must have UAE Society of Engineer card membership Speak Arabic/English fluently Must have 5 years experience تفاصيل الوظيفة منطقة الوظيفة دبي, الإمارات العربية المتحدة قطاع الشركة البناء والتشييد طبيعة عمل الشركة غير محدد الدور الوظيفي الهندسة المدنية نوع التوظيف دوام كامل الراتب الشهري $1,500 - $2,000 عدد الوظائف الشاغرة 1 المرشح المفضل عدد سنوات الخبرة الحد الأدنى: 5 الشهادة بكالوريوس/ دبلوم عالي
