الوصف الوظيفي Maintenance experience in pumping station. Must have dealt with equipment’s – PLC, Protection for motors, pumps, couplings, VFD, flow meters, SCADA System, Flow control valves (FCV), switches and transmitters. Supervise maintenance teams to conduct full routine, corrective and annual planned maintenance of all Instrumentations & Control equipment in the pumping stations, all in accordance with hand-studied manuals and manufacturer recommendations. Implement TRANSCO safety rules at sites under position control. Coordinate with heads, operators, scheduler and LDC for all maintenance needs, and contribute to development of new, revised, and improved maintenance plans. Analyze & rectify operation staff defects and fault reports. Prepare all materials requests and forward all purchasing & services requests for maintenance jobs. Attending all emergencies at pumping stations when requested. Prepare reports as and when required. Act as an Authorized Person for Maintenance of equipment and prepare, issue and cancels of safety documents in compliance with TRANSCO safety rules. Enter data accurately on MAXIMO upon job completion. Report to and assist Commissioning Engineer regarding pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing activities at stations. Supervise overhauling and upgrading jobs carried out by contractors on equipment. Ensure availability and maintenance of all relevant manuals, instruction books, single line drawings at the stations. Induct and train new employees. Establish asset-based maintenance and ensure cost control on maintenance activities within allocated budget. Ensuring that all RSB, internal and external auditing requirements are met. Study proposals for projects and, when required, advise on standards and specifications. This includes pre-approval verification and factory acceptance testing (FAT) as required. Participate the improving the DOE specifications for the related instrumentation and control. Report any accident, illness, incident, including observed hazards to their supervisor/line manager. This also includes reporting any defects in the place of work, equipment, etc. which might result in danger to other employees. Comply with all relevant HSE policy, procedures, training provided and safe working practices applicable for their work, with the intent of avoiding injury to themselves and others and damage to the environment. Including wearing Personal Protective Equipment provided. Must not engage in any improper conduct that could endanger their own safety or health or that of other employees, contractors, or members of the public.
