Strong supervisory and leadership skills 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate المهارات Engineering Manager Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of in-house design engineers and draughtsman to achieve the highest quality results 2. Lead and coordinate various engineering functions and operations including quality assurance. 3. Provides guidance and direction on department design guides, standards, systems, applicable engineering codes 4. Manage design tasks of all engineers to ensure that drawings, specifications, and information of the appropriate quality is delivered within an agreed timeframe and fulfills the needs of the design, procurement, and construction processes 5. Fully understands the client’s requirements 6. Monitor the performance and maintain a record for the Concept Design to ensure the Design correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work requirements. 7. Monitor the Material submittal schedule 8. Check Material Take Off prepared by the Design Engineer and issue BOM Engineering Manager Requirements 1. BSc in Mechanical engineering 2. Extensive experience working on engineering projects 3. Superb creativity, vision, and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and self-confidence. 5. Ability to make decisions in high-stress situations. 6. Proficient with Microsoft office suite or related software 7. Great written and verbal communication skills.
