الوصف الوظيفي Oversee physical safety & security of the organization’s facility, property and people. Lead security & safety teams in their day-to-day duties and responsibility. Ensure all security & safety staff are adequately trained to emergency calls. Develop training plans for safety & security staff and maintain the training records. Create and implement risk management plan for all the facility. Supervise & monitor the security checks/surveillance. Authorize access to the facility and ensures access is controlled. Perform essential drills to comply with hospital accreditations requirements المهارات Working knowledge of principles, practices, laws, standards related to hospital safety and security, requirement, as well as knowledge of local government regulations. Must be bilingual, Arabic/English.
