Job Description:We are looking for a talented sales representative to monitor and analyze our sales department's performance and suggest new strategies.Our ideal candidate should be able to use statistical analysis software and provide reports on sales and marketing metrics. You will collaborate with the sales team and the marketing department to achieve business goals.Ultimately, you should be able to improve sales and increase profits.Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of the company's real estate properties, including their features, benefits, and pricing.- Identify potential clients through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and cold calling.- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and provide them with all necessary information about the properties.- Guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.- Negotiate prices and terms of sale with clients.- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and construction, to ensure the successful execution of projects.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.- Attend networking events and trade shows to promote the company and its properties.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.- Experience with real estate development is a plus.-Fluent in English and Arabic.
