Customer Service:• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards.• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.• Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.4. Financial Management:• Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.• Collaborate with the finance department for accurate record-keeping.5.
