Hiring Data Entry and Administrative Assistant Joining: Immediate Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities will include data entry tasks on our ERP system and providing administrative support to HR department. Responsibilities: • Inputting, updating, and maintaining data (Daily Timesheets, Employee records) in the ERP system accurately and efficiently. • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phones. • Generating reports and compiling data as needed. • Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc administrative duties. Qualifications: • Proficiency in data entry and experience with ERP systems preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
