Hiring Senior Architect Location: Dubai, U.A.E. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect with minimum 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will lead and manage architectural projects of various scales and complexities, from concept development to construction completion. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to create design solutions that surpass expectations and leave a lasting impact. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and project requirements. • Develop innovative design concepts and solutions that address aesthetic, functional, and sustainability goals. • Oversee the production of architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools. • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project feasibility and quality. • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, providing support, feedback, and mentorship as needed. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design. • Uphold Company's standards of excellence in design, professionalism, and client service. Qualifications: • Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. • Licensed or registered architect preferred. • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on designing and managing projects of varying scales and complexities. • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools. Experience with BIM software is a plus. • Strong design sensibility and portfolio showcasing innovative and high-quality architectural projects. • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
