Job Description : He is responsible for electrical equipment and their uses. Duties: Involved in generation and supply of electricity. Solve electrical problems that may arise in any appliance or premises. Repair and upgrade the already existing electrical equipment. Oversee start-up and maintenance of power generators and other electrical equipment. Ensure that power generators are running within the optimum levels. Maintaining records of all electrical inventories and placing orders for spare parts and equipment. Keeping Maintenance Coordinator informed of progress. Experiences / Skills: Bachelor in industrial engineering (Electrical or equivalent). with 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry and minimum 5 years as Electrical Supervisor in Gas Turbine Power Plant. Good English knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good communication skills. Good knowledge about practical application of electrical engineering concepts. Good knowledge about tools needed to repair of electrical equipment. Good knowledge about safety precautions while working with high powerful electrical equipment. Good knowledge about the codes, rules, regulations and standards of electrical equipment. Ability to understand instructions, think critically, diagnose problems and provide troubleshooting solutions.
