Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class food and beverage service that upholds the exceptional standards of The Ritz-Carlton brand across all dining outlets.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of service staff to consistently exceed guest expectations in every interaction.
• Oversee daily F&B service operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
• Curate personalized dining experiences for high-profile guests, VIPs, and loyal patrons, paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to execute seasonal menus, themed events, and exclusive tasting experiences.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in all food and beverage operations.
• Manage guest feedback with professionalism, turning every opportunity into a moment of excellence.
• Contribute to revenue optimization through upselling techniques and strategic menu recommendations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of wine pairings, beverage programs, and international cuisines.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in food and beverage service within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments.
• Proven track record in a senior service or supervisory role within a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, fine dining etiquette, and international F&B operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage programs, including sommelier-level expertise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and grace.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for team development and guest satisfaction.
