شرط اساسى ان يكون لدية خبرة سابقة فى المبيعات
السن لا يتجاوز 30 عام
رخصة قيادة
مؤهل عالي او متوسط
المميزات وطبيعة العمل
راتب اساسي
مؤمن السكن والمواصلات
تامين طبي
تذاكر طيران في البداية والاجازات
اجازة سنوية مدفوعة الأجر
عدد ساعات العمل 8 ساعات يوميا
مقر الشركة الدمام

Indian food chef

Prepare the kitchen and supervise the use of pots and equipment such as knives, pans and kitchen scales
Kitchen management and the full responsibility of all kitchen members.
Study each recipe and collect all the ingredients needed to prepare meals.
.Cook and make sure to serve in time
Full responsibility for any brand we have and any future brand
Send reports if there are any observations in the housing
Full responsibility for managing cooking operations and the needs of each product and meal
Monthly inventory of all foodstuffs .
Delegate tasks to the kitchen team.
Inform the staff of daily dishes and select daily menus.
Supervising the regular delivery of attractive dishes.
Supervise chefs and provide assistance when needed
Familiarity with all physical and practical health laws and regulations and work to implement them on the ground.
. Enact internal regulations that limit the commission of any violations, including municipal violations, and avoid cases of poisoning
Modify recipes to meet customers' needs and orders.
Monitor food stocks and report needs periodically.
Make sure and review the catering in a fresh condition.
Review recipes, make sure the ingredients and taste are right and make suggestions to improve taste.
Supervising the application of occupational health and safety regulations for the team within the kitchen
